Qualifications

• Associate degree and nursing license required.
• RN or LPN in good standing in applicable state.
• Compact State License required for telephonic work in eligible states.
• California State License required; willing to obtain others.
• 2–5 years’ nursing experience.
• Proficient data entry and basic office software.
• Ability to multitask while following script.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic patient support and education.
• Respond to inquiries from patients, prescribers, and pharmacies.
• Document interactions and collect follow-up data.
• Participate in meetings and trainings.
