Qualifications

• Experience in pharmacy operations and remote dispensing is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with the Supervising Pharmacy/Pharmacist.
• Attention to inventory management and controlled substances handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, secure operation of Remote Dispensing Pharmacy; act as keyholder.
• Manage inventory, including controlled substances; perform cycle counts.
• Execute pharmacy ordering and daily inventory practices.
• Review Inventory Excellence Report and partner to improve stock levels.
• Serve as point of contact for annual inventories and AP Pulse Checks.
• Handle operational communications and required tasks (email, workflow).
• Improve total store service foundations with WeCARE and patient care.
• Mentor onboarding and training of new Telepharmacy staff.
• Assist customers with clinical, technical and insurance knowledge.
• Fulfill prescriptions and communicate with patients, insurers, prescribers as allowed.
• Face-to-face patient interaction; update patient profiles.
• Ensure patient outreach calls are completed as needed.
