Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• PTCB National Certification or equivalent state‑accepted national Pharmacy Technician Certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• State-level licensure requirements vary by state.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe remote operation of the Telepharmacy, acting as keyholder and protecting pharmaceutical integrity.
• Manage inventory including cycle counts, controlled substances, and perpetual inventory to ensure stock for patients.
• Respond to operational communications and complete required tasks to support pharmacy workflow.
• Provide excellent patient service, assist in patient counseling, and facilitate RPh‑to‑Patient communication as needed.
• Support store service foundations and workflow improvements, including training new Telepharmacy staff.
