Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients, insurers and prescribers within legal scope.
• Follow CVS workflow procedures and quality standards.
• Mentor and train Telepharmacy Technicians and onboarding new hires.
• Support patient care and service recovery, drives a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate tasks and respond to operational communications.
