CVS Health Telepharmacy is seeking a Telepharmacy Technician to manage the day-to-day operations of a Remote Dispensing Pharmacy, with Pharmacist oversight from a Supervising Pharmacy location. You will ensure safe operation, oversee inventory, and deliver exceptional patient and customer service.

This role emphasizes collaboration with pharmacy teams, training of new technicians, and maintaining high standards of compliance, HIPAA, and safety in a remote setting, supporting WeCARE initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of Pharmacy Technician experience required
• PTCB National Certification or state equivalent preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and secure operation of Remote Dispensing Pharmacy and protect integrity of medications
• Manage pharmacy inventory including cycle counts and perpetual inventory
• Handle operational communications (email, myWork) and task completion
• Improve service foundations through WeCARE workflow and patient care excellence
• Mentor and onboard new Telepharmacy Technicians
• Coordinate training with field team to uphold CVS standards
