Job summary

QuickMD is seeking dedicated physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states to join our fully virtual telemedicine team. All work is virtual, with no office overhead, and you can set your own schedule within a structured weekly framework.

Compensation is $35 per completed consult (1099). At a 20-minute visit this equals about $105/hour, with higher rates as visit times shorten, up to $210/hour; top earners exceed $260K annually. Expect 15–20 hours weekly across four days.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and EMRs; DEA registration where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications within scope (excluding most controlled substances; buprenorphine for OUD as applicable).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements and telehealth best practices.
