Job summary

QuickMD, a leading telemedicine provider delivering virtual care across 44 states, seeks dedicated physicians licensed in at least five states to join our fully virtual team.

You set your own schedule within a structured weekly framework and work from anywhere with no office overhead. Compensation is per completed consult, with earnings scaling to $210/hour as visit times shorten, and top earners reaching $260K+ annually.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (preference for three or more of the following: AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Willingness to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days, with schedules submitted one week in advance.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, particularly in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build doctor–patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and advise on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
