Job summary

QuickMD is seeking licensed physicians for fully virtual, independent-contractor roles. You can set a flexible weekly schedule, work from anywhere, and focus on addiction care and telehealth with minimal administrative burden.

Compensation is per completed consult ($35) with practical rates of up to $210/hour for shorter visits, and earnings potential rising with volume. Requires active licenses in at least five states and a commitment of 15–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses (QuickMD covers costs).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice.
• DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use, excluding most controlled substances (buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovation and best practices.
