Job summary

QuickMD is seeking dedicated physicians to join a fully virtual, independent-contractor model. Licensure in multiple states and telehealth experience are highly valued, with a focus on addiction care and expanding access to underserved communities.

Work at least 15 hours per week, four days a week, within a supportive provider network and modern EMR. Compensation is per consult, with scalable earnings based on visit length and volume.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in five states; QuickMD covers licensing costs.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days; schedules submitted one week in advance.
• DEA registration and CSL where required; commitment to expanding access to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (buprenorphine for opioid use disorder where applicable).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
