Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider offering fully virtual care across 44 states. We seek licensed physicians in at least five states to join our independent contractor team, working 15–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

compensation is per visit ($35/consult; up to $210/hour with shorter visit times), with 1099 status and full support for credentialing, EMR, and malpractice coverage. Join us to expand access to care while practicing efficiently from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Licensed in at least five U.S. states; preferred states include AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days, with scheduling submitted a week in advance.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no C-Substances except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
