Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks dedicated physicians licensed in multiple states to provide high-quality virtual care via telemedicine. You will conduct patient assessments, review histories, and prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances except buprenorphine) while collaborating with a care team.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician in at least three states (prefer five).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
• DEA certification and CSL if required.
• Strong communication and patient-focused care.
• Proficient with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.
• Able to work at least 15 hours weekly over four days.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including assessments and treatment planning.
• Order and interpret lab tests to support informed decisions.
• Prescribe medications and offer expert guidance on their use.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain thorough medical documentation.
