Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider enabling physicians to practice high‑quality care from anywhere. This independent contractor role offers flexible weekly hours (15–20 per week) and per‑visit compensation with clear upside based on visit length.

Licensing across at least five states is required, plus DEA and CSL where applicable. We provide support for licenses, a streamlined EMR, and dedicated onboarding, with compensation as $35 per completed consult and up to $210 per hour when

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses (QuickMD covers costs and provides support).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days with schedules submitted one week in advance.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, particularly in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe C2 substances, except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, NPs, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
