Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering fully virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own weekly schedule within a structured framework and work from anywhere, supported by a streamlined EMR and provider-support team.

This independent contractor role offers per-visit compensation of $35, with productivity potential up to $210/hour at shorter visit times; top earners exceed $260K annually. Requires licensure in at least five states and 15–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Willingness to commit at least 15 hours per week across four days.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required.
• Interest in expanding access to care in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no C- meds except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, NPs, experienced nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
