Compensation is per consult, with pay increasing as visit times shorten; top earners reach six figures annually. This role is ideal for physicians licensed in multiple states who value flexibility and mission-driven care.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in at least five U.S. states, with support for licensure in additional states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume clinical settings.
• Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly across several days.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional virtual care with patient assessments and history reviews.
• Interpret labs when needed and provide treatment guidance.
• Prescribe non-controlled meds appropriately; buprenorphine for OUD allowed under policy.
• Collaborate with a care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
