Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own visit schedule within a structured weekly framework and work remotely with EMR support.

Compensation is $35 per consult (1099) with earnings scaling up as visit times shorten, up to $210/hour, with top earners over $260K annually. This fully virtual role requires a medical license in at least five states, the ability to work 15+ hours weekly, and a commitment to expanding access to care,

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine in at least five U.S. states (preferred three or more of AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX) and willing to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days, with schedules submitted one week in advance.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment.
• Prescribe medications and guide proper use (buprenorphine for opioid use disorder allowed; controlled substances generally not prescribed).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and stay current with telehealth innovations.
