Compensation is per completed consult with potential for higher earnings as visit times shorten, with top earners exceeding $260K annually. This role is fully virtual, requires active multi-state licensure, and emphasizes expansion of access to care,

Qualifications

Active medical license in at least five U.S. states and willingness to obtain more.
Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice.
Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs; training provided.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
Deliver patient-centered care and build strong doctor-patient relationships.
Order and interpret lab tests to support treatment decisions.
Prescribe medications and guide on proper use; buprenorphine allowed for OUD treatment.
Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
Stay current with telehealth innovations and practice standards.
