Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering high-quality virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own visit schedules within a structured weekly framework and work from anywhere, supported by a streamlined EMR and provider-support team.

This role offers per-visit compensation of $35 per consult, with pay scaling as visit times shorten; top earners exceed $260K annually. Licensure in multiple states and DEA registration are required, with a 15–20 hour weekly commitment.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Willingness to commit at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.
• Commitment to expanding access to care in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment)
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices
