Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering high-quality virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own visit schedules, work remotely, and practice without the administrative overhead of a traditional office, supported by a streamlined EMR and a dedicated provider-support team.

This role offers compensation per completed consult and a path to higher earnings as visit times shorten; top earners surpass $260K annually.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states; willingness to obtain additional licenses (licensing costs covered)
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days; weekly scheduling in advance
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs; training provided
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care in underserved communities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment)
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices
