Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering high-quality virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own visit schedule within a structured weekly framework, work from anywhere, and practice without administrative overhead, supported by a streamlined EMR and provider-support team.

Compensation is $35 per completed consult (1099, commission-based) — $105/hour at a standard 20-minute visit, with effective pay increasing up to $210/hour as visits shorten; top 10% earn $260K+

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses; QuickMD covers costs.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence.
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and EMRs; training provided.
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care with patient assessments and history reviews.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no controlled substances except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and support staff for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements and telehealth best practices.
