Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering fully virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own visit schedules within a structured weekly framework, work from anywhere, and avoid traditional office overhead with streamlined EMR and provider support.

Compensation is $35 per completed consult (1099, commission-based), equating to about $105/hour for a standard 20-minute visit, rising to $210/hour with shorter visit times, and top earners exceeding $260K annually.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Willingness to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• DEA registration and CSL where required.
• License coverage across states including AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder treatment).
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
