Job summary

QuickMD, a leading telemedicine provider delivering virtual care across 44 states, lets physicians set their own schedule from anywhere with no traditional office overhead. All work is fully virtual, supported by a streamlined EMR and provider-support team.

Compensation is $35 per completed consult (1099, commission-based), equating to $105/hour for a 20-minute visit and rising to $210/hour for shorter visits; top earners exceed $260K annually.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states (AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX preferred).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across at least four days.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• Active DEA registration and applicable state CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no C-5 substances except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
