Physicians set their own visit schedule within a structured weekly framework and work from anywhere, with no office overhead. Compensation is $35 per completed consult (1099, commission-based) — $105/hour at a standard 20-minute visit, rising to $210/hour with shorter visit times.

Top earners reach $260K+ annually and physicians commit 15–20 hours weekly. All work is fully virtual.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses (QuickMD covers costs).
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and history reviews.
• Prescribe medications and guide proper use; note QuickMD does not prescribe most controlled substances.
• Collaborate with providers and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
