Job summary

QuickMD is seeking dedicated physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states to join our fully virtual telemedicine team.

You will provide high-quality care across addiction treatment and other programs, with a convenient, flexible schedule and no traditional office overhead. For independent contractors, compensation is per consult, with earning potential increasing as visit times shorten and hours per week scale to 15–20 hours.

Qualifications

• Telemedicine experience and patient-centered care.
• Active medical license in multiple states (five states preferred).
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses (QuickMD covers costs).
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care with patient assessments and history reviews.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret labs as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications within scope (no C-ll substances except buprenorphine for MOUD).
• Collaborate with care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth advancements and best practices.
