Job summary

QuickMD is seeking dedicated physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states to join our fully virtual team.

You will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care across addiction, primary care, and telemedicine specialties, working with a streamlined EMR and supportive staff. The role offers flexible scheduling within a weekly framework, independent contractor (1099) status, and compensation of $35 per completed consult (approx.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in five U.S. states.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required.
• Genuine interest in expanding access to care in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and treatment.
• Deliver patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications within policy (no controlled substances, except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses and support staff for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
