Job summary

QuickMD is seeking licensed physicians to join our fully virtual team. Work from anywhere with a flexible schedule, delivering high-quality telemedicine care across multiple states. Independent contractor (1099) role with per-visit compensation and earnings potential scaling with visit length and volume.

The position emphasizes addiction treatment support, with opportunities to grow while maintaining patient access to care. Prior telehealth experience and DEA registration are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five states (preferred multiple states: AL, CA, FL, GA, NC, PA, TX).
• Experience with telehealth or high-volume clinical practice.
• Willingness to work at least 15 hours per week across four days.
• Strong communication and commitment to clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care with thorough assessments and appropriate treatment.
• Foster compassionate doctor-patient relationships in a fully virtual setting.
• Order and interpret labs to support quality care decisions.
• Prescribe medications per policy (buprenorphine for MOUD allowed; no CS prescriptions unless permitted).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
