Job summary

QuickMD is seeking dedicated physicians licensed in at least five U.S. states to join our fully virtual telemedicine team. Independent contractors (1099) provide high-quality care with a flexible schedule, earning per-visit compensation and hourly equivalents depending on visit length and efficiency.

We support you with credentialing, modern EMR tools, and malpractice coverage, enabling physicians to expand access to addiction treatment and other telehealth services across the country.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses (QuickMD covers costs).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Active DEA registration and CSL where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no controlled substances except buprenorphine for OUD).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices.
