Job summary

QuickMD is seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in at least five states to join our team for fully virtual telemedicine across addiction care and general telehealth services. Work from anywhere, set a flexible weekly schedule, and treat patients with high-quality virtual care.

This independent contractor role offers per-visit compensation, 15–20 hours weekly, and a streamlined EMR with dedicated provider support during onboarding and ongoing credentialing.

Qualifications

• Active multi-state medical license.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice.
• Willingness to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support high-quality treatment decisions.
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (no controlled substances except buprenorphine for opioid use disorder).
• Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Stay current with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
