Job summary

QuickMD is a leading telemedicine provider delivering high-quality virtual care across 44 states. Physicians set their own visit schedule within a structured weekly framework, working from anywhere with minimal administrative overhead.

Compensation is $35 per completed consult (1099, commission-based) — $105/hour for a standard 20-minute visit, with possible increases to $210/hour for shorter visits. Top earners surpass $260K/year.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least five U.S. states
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person practice
• Ability to work at least 15 hours weekly across four days
• Strong communication skills and clinical excellence
• Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
• Active DEA registration and state CSL where required
• Interest in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments and history reviews
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build doctor-patient relationships
• Order and interpret lab tests as needed to support treatment decisions
• Prescribe medications and provide guidance on proper use (notably buprenorphine for OUD in certain cases)
• Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for continuity of care
• Stay current with telehealth innovations and best practices
