Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking dedicated physicians licensed in multiple states to provide virtual healthcare services. You will perform virtual patient assessments, review medical history, and deliver treatments while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include prescribing medications (including buprenorphine where allowed), ordering labs, and interpreting results. You will collaborate with care teams, document thoroughly, and stay current with medical

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least three U.S. states (five preferred).
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume clinical settings.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.
• At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL if required.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality virtual patient assessments, medical history reviews, and treatments.
• Delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and building therapeutic relationships.
• Ordering and interpreting lab tests to inform treatment decisions.
• Prescribing medications, including buprenorphine for opioid addiction, while adhering to regulations.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintaining accurate medical documentation and staying current with medical advancements.
