Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Massachusetts to provide telehealth sessions. The role offers a ramp stipend for clinicians with 30+ hours weekly availability and a strong focus on measurable client progress.

Full-time clinicians receive health insurance, loan-repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits. Scheduling is flexible, seven days a week, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, across a nationwide hybrid care model.

Qualifications

• Independent professional license in Massachusetts (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW/PhD).
• Availability for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth mental health care to clients.
• Help clients achieve measurable progress.
• Use telehealth and EHR tools effectively.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
