Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a Part-Time Clinical Talk Therapist to provide telehealth sessions for Massachusetts residents. The role requires an independently licensed clinician (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) and MA licensure without supervision.

Remote work with strict privacy, secure connections, and ongoing clinical development are emphasized. The compensation is fee-for-service, with opportunities for bonus and annual pay increases, and comprehensive support for credentialing, scheduling, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT and living in Massachusetts with license able to practice without supervision
• Informed on state tele-health policies
• Comfortable with technology and conducting sessions via tele-health
• Ability to build a therapeutic relationship in a virtual platform
• Polished, professional virtual presence
• Strong ability to identify markers for appropriate level of care

Responsibilities

• 15+ completed sessions of direct counseling care per week
• Concurrent note-taking during sessions
• Treatment plans and other documentation as required
• Team meetings with the customer and weekly health team meeting
• Escalation support for participant concerns
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with tele-health security policies
• Support development of outreach and marketing materials for services
• Keep abreast of new developments in clinical care
