Qualifications
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Experience with treatment planning for clients
- Comfortable with telehealth software and internal tools
- Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
Responsabilités
- Provide outpatient mental health services via telehealth
- Collaborate with clients to develop and monitor treatment plans
- Work remotely from a private, HIPAA-compliant space
- Participate in team meetings and care coordination
