Brave Health is hiring full-time Licensed Therapists to deliver outpatient telehealth mental health care. Work remotely from home with a Monday–Friday schedule and flexible shift options in CT time zones.

Competitive base salary plus bonus, comprehensive benefits, and an annual education stipend. Candidates should be fluent in English, with Spanish helpful, and be able to meet regulatory requirements while providing HIPAA-compliant care across the lifespan.

Qualifications

• Must meet background/regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of mental health or substance use diagnoses
• Experience in treatment planning

• Provide outpatient therapy via telehealth
