Job summary

Brave Health is hiring full-time Licensed Therapists to deliver outpatient mental health services through our telehealth program. This role is fully remote, with a Monday–Friday schedule and HIPAA-compliant practices.

Qualifying therapists will hold a Master’s degree with licensure and unrestricted work authorization in the United States. Bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus, reflecting Brave Health’s diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field with licensure to practice in the United States.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship at this time.
• Ability to maintain privacy and HIPAA compliance in a home-based telehealth setting.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus and beneficial for bilingual patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health services via telehealth on a full-time basis.
• Adhere to HIPAA and privacy standards; ensure secure patient data handling.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and monitor treatment plans and goals.
