Job summary

Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is hiring licensed clinicians in Massachusetts for 100% telehealth, W-2 employment, with flexible scheduling and either full-time salaried roles or hourly fee-for-service positions.

As a telehealth outpatient clinician, you’ll provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy, conduct intake assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and coordinate care from home with scheduling support and a secure EHR.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent licensure in MA.
• Current MA clinical license (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) required.
• Strong documentation and time-management skills.
• Ability to provide telehealth therapy from home.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus; availability includes some evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in our secure EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.
