Job summary

Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is seeking licensed clinicians in Massachusetts to provide outpatient telehealth services from home. Roles include full-time salaried and hourly fee-for-service options, with guaranteed salary for full-time staff and hourly pay for part-time and contract clinicians.

Clinicians must be MA-licensed (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) and authorized to work in the U.S. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or MA license in MA (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) required.
• Telehealth therapy delivery experience preferred.
• Strong documentation and time-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.
