Job summary

Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is seeking licensed clinicians in Massachusetts for Outpatient Telehealth Clinician roles. Work from home, 100% telehealth, with either full-time salaried positions or hourly fee-for-service arrangements.

Qualifications

• Masters level degree or MA licensure in MA (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT).
• Comfort managing schedule and caseload; flexible and meaningful work.
• Availability includes some evenings or weekends; strong documentation and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.
