Job summary

Rula in Washington is expanding its network of licensed clinicians and seeking LMHCs (also LMFTs or LICSWs) to provide telehealth services as 1099 contractors. Each hourly session is 53 minutes, with guaranteed payment every two weeks and protection for no-shows and denied claims.

You set your schedule with complete autonomy, receive referrals, and avoid marketplace fees. Rula handles credentialing, insurance, billing, and the EHR; you focus on delivering care and notes.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC and licensed in Washington.
• Must have valid NPI and be able to provide telehealth.
• Contractor (1099) with no minimum caseload and session autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC services to clients in Washington.
• Maintain sessions and notes while Rula handles billing and claims.
• Schedule autonomy: choose clients and availability within calendar.
