Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a LMFT, LICSW or LMHC
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions (53 minutes) to individuals, couples, and families
• Maintain session notes in the EHR and comply with documentation standards
• Coordinate with admin to ensure billing, claims and enrollment are handled efficiently
