Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed providers. We’re hiring LMHCs, LMFTs, LICSWs as 1099 contractors to deliver telehealth care with complete schedule autonomy.

Offer includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), biweekly direct deposit, and payment protection for no-shows and late cancellations. Admin tasks, billing, and EHR are handled by Rula, allowing you to focus on clients.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.
• Valid NPI and active Washington license require.
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions via telehealth to clients.
• Maintain client notes and records in EHR.
• Collaborate with referrals and manage schedules independently.
