Brightside Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth services as 1099 contractors. This 100% remote role offers flexible scheduling, built-in clinical support, and steady referrals to sustain a private practice.

Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
- 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
- Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals.
- Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and related modalities.
- Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
