Job summary

Brightside Health seeks licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver weekly telehealth sessions with a flexible 1099 contracting model. Build a private practice with clinical and operational support, including referrals and CAMS training.

Therapists provide evidence-based care (CBT, UP) to adults, with 9+ hours weekly availability and minimal admin burden due to centralized billing and credentialing.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work required.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; ACT, DBT, and EMDR welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
