Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. Therapists may opt into specialized care tracks including Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP, with a flexible 100% remote 1099 contract.

Deliver weekly telehealth sessions, apply CBT and evidence-based approaches, and use measurement-based care to track progress.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with CBT experience
• 2+ years CBT and evidence-based therapies for adults
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy
• Comfort with diverse populations
• Tech-friendly and open to digital tools
• Minimum of 9 hours/week across 2 days
• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth sessions to individuals
• Apply CBT and UP; welcome ACT, DBT, EMDR
• Use measurement-based care to track progress
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care
