Fuze Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the telehealth care team. The role focuses on ensuring Medicare member compliance with a new Stars measure and confirming ED discharge, with additional responsibilities in closing other HEDIS measures while delivering high-quality virtual care.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:30pm–9:00pm EST and one Saturday per month 9am–5:30pm. Must have BSN, active RN license, and remote healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited program.
• Active, non-restricted nursing license in a US state (compact multi-state licensure acceptable).
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• 1–2 years in remote/telehealth settings.
• Strong computer skills and EMR familiarity.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to follow SOPs in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Startup experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote telehealth patient care via telehealth platforms.
• Conduct virtual patient assessments including histories and symptoms.
• Accurately document patient conditions and care interactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, meds, and self-care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop care plans.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and privacy adherence.
• Stay current with telehealth protocols and medical advancements.
• Demonstrate compassionate, professional communication with patients.
