Job summary

Archimedes is seeking an RN Case Manager for Telehealth to improve members' health and wellness through tele-pharmacy and clinical outreach. The role supports development of programs, coordination with prescribers, and oversight of staff, with remote engagement common.

Required ADN/BSN and active RN license, plus 2+ years of clinical experience; call-center or PBM background is a plus. Competitive benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, parental leave, holidays and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and active license in good standing required.
• 2+ years clinical experience including direct consultation.
• Experience in a clinical call center is preferred.
• Experience in a multi-disciplinary team is preferred.
• PBM industry experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and HIPAA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical algorithms, pathways and call scripts for pharmacy staff.
• Review and update algorithms/call scripts yearly with updated guidelines.
• Develop documentation standards for clinical outreach.
• Collaborate to maintain high quality and consistent products.
• Facilitate communication with clients, providers, and internal staff.
• Provide clinical outreach to members, prescribers and providers.
• Stay current with guidelines and integrate into programs.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and related regulations.
