Job summary

Sylvan Health, Inc. is seeking a dedicated registered dietitian to provide telehealth nutrition therapy and support patients in achieving health goals. You will administer evidence-based protocols and work closely with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver personalized nutrition care.

The role offers remote work options, flexible hours, and competitive compensation. Required licensure in TN, IL, or PA and 1–2 years post-internship experience.

Qualifications

• Licensure in TN, IL, or PA preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics.
• Completion of Accredited Dietetic Internship.
• CDR credentialed.
• 1–2 years of post-internship nutrition experience.
• Experience counseling patients virtually or in outpatient settings.
• GI conditions experience (IBD/IBS/fatty liver/celiac).

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized nutrition therapy consultations via telehealth.
• Administer evidence-based clinical protocols and provide individualized nutrition support.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to reach goals.
• Achieve high patient retention through adherence to program guidelines.
• Collaborate with care team members and participate in rounds.
