Job summary

Real Help is seeking an Assistant Program Director for its telehealth outpatient team. This fully remote role leads clinicians, provides licensure supervision, and helps shape program effectiveness while maintaining high-quality care for children, youth, and families.

Ideal candidates are LICSW or LMHC with MA privileges, reside in Massachusetts, and bring 3+ years supervisory and 1+ year telehealth experience, plus strong leadership and tech skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed LICSW or LMHC with diagnostic privilege in Massachusetts.
• Reside in Massachusetts.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 1 year of Telehealth experience.
• Strong leadership, supervision, case management and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of outpatient telehealth clinicians.
• Provide clinical supervision to staff seeking licensure.
• Oversee treatment planning and quality of care.
• Carry a small caseload.
• Ensure compliance with documentation and service standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance program effectiveness.
