Job summary

Core Medical Center LLC in Blue Springs, MO seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our telehealth/hybrid team. This role blends in-person and virtual care to improve patients' functional independence and quality of life.

You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, monitor progress, educate patients, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining compliant documentation in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Missouri OT licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• NBCOT certification (OTR) required.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments via telehealth platforms and in-person sessions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence and quality of life
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed to meet therapeutic goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered treatment
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, adaptive strategies, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Conduct virtual and in-person assessments for a diverse patient population across various diagnoses
