Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver telehealth services to a diverse caseload of patients. You will assess needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement interventions to improve functional independence.

Collaborate with a Clinical team and Supervisors, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, participate in continuing education, and utilize our web-based platform to provide high-quality care across all 50 states.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California Occupational Therapy license or eligible to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Comfortable delivering teletherapy through an all-inclusive platform.
• Experience with pediatric populations (18 months+).
• Spanish language ability preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings.
• Intervention: Provide remote occupational therapy services, including exercises, activities, and interventions to improve function.
• Education: Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to enhance independence and well-being.
• Documentation: Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Compliance: Adhere to ethical and legal standards and privacy regulations.
• Technology: Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to conduct remote sessions.
• Continuing Education: Stay current with developments in occupational therapy and complete ongoing education.
