Job summary

All Care Therapies seeks a qualified Occupational Therapist to deliver remote telehealth services. You will assess, plan, and provide interventions for a diverse pediatric caseload, educating families and caregivers along the way.

You will document progress, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with the Clinical team to advance patient outcomes. The role emphasizes flexible, patient-centered care delivered via teletherapy, with ongoing professional development and alignment with regulatory

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California State Occupational Therapy license or eligibility to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
• Should be comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments.
• Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth to improve functional abilities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory standards for patient privacy.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote therapy sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with OT practices.
